Loan Performer requires that you should define a purpose for each loan a client applies for. The Loan Purpose will be selected from the preset drop down list during the Loan Application process.
Loan Performer also offers the flexibility of adding, modifying or deleting different Loan Purposes as explained below.
How to Add a Loan Purpose
To add a loan purpose you go to Support Files ->Loan Purpose and a screen like the one below shows up:
Click on the Add button to add the loan purpose and this will appear in the scroll space. Repeat this for all possible purposes. Then click on the Close command button to exit the menu.
How to Delete\Modify a Loan Purpose
To delete\modify a Loan Purpose you go to Support Files ->Loan Purpose and a screen like the one below shows up:
From the list of the displayed loan purposes in the scroll space, click on the label that you want to delete\modify. The variables for the selected loanpurposewill be displayed in the Label for Loan Purpose text box, e.g., "Equipment Loan".
To modify the loan purpose label make the necessary changes and click on the Update command button. To delete the label click on the Delete command button. Then click on the Close button to exit the menu.
